Australia: “Is it bad to sleep with wet hair?”

The Aussie’s pride themselves on their sun kissed beachy waves so it comes as no surprise that their most googled beauty queries were hair related. But “is it bad to sleep with wet hair?” Scientific studies seem to indicate the opposite, letting hair air dry overnight causes less damage to the hair shaft than blow drying hair and is considered a safer method. However, that’s not to say that blow dryers are the devil and should be avoided! The option healthiest for our hair would be to use the lowest temperature setting and hold the drier at least six inches from our head.
